1. General Policy & Product Safety

  • Final Sale: As a general rule, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns of any medication, pills, or pain killer tablets once they have left our facility and been delivered, primarily for reasons of public safety and product integrity.

  • No Returns: Because we cannot guarantee the storage or integrity of returned medication, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Payment: You may cancel your order at any time before payment is confirmed.

  • After Payment: Once payment is confirmed (via Bitcoin, Western Union, or Bank Transfer), and the order has been submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact info@tabletspharmacy.com immediately if you need to cancel a confirmed order.

3. Damages, Errors, and Non-Delivery

We take responsibility for errors made on our part and for addressing issues outside of your control:

A. Shipping Errors or Damages

If you receive an incorrect product, or if your package arrives clearly damaged:

  1. Do not open the product packaging.

  2. Contact us immediately at info@tabletspharmacy.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  3. Provide clear photographic evidence of the incorrect item or the damaged package.

  4. If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will arrange for the correct product to be reshipped at no extra cost, or we will issue a refund for the item value.

B. Non-Delivery (Shipping Guarantee)

For packages that are confirmed as seized by customs or lost in transit (and tracking does not confirm delivery):

  • We may offer a one-time free reshipment of your order, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and destination country.

  • The determination of non-delivery will be made after the maximum expected delivery time has passed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated transit times.

  • Note: This guarantee does not apply if the failure to deliver is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved (e.g., for confirmed stock unavailability or shipping errors), it will be processed using the same method used for the original payment (Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, or Western Union).

  • Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to be completed.
